360Facility attended BOMA’s largest convention ever in Denver CO. Energy and “Green” were the hot topics at this year’s conference and will continue to be in the coming years. Improving facility maintenance and resident relationships thru technology (April 8, 2008)

360Facility user defined fields solve facility management issues (July 2007)
360Facility introduced user defined fields called “360Power FieldsTM“ to empower facility managers to create their own customizable fields to increase efficiencies in day to day operations. These are not just static fields but actual fields that interact and can be grouped to better manage large portfolios. This is a unique differentiator from traditional CMMS applications. Current customers can logon and view the capabilities of this new functionality.
360Facility passes the half a billion in managed square footage (June 2007)
360Facility passes the 500,000,000 sq ft mark. Strong growth in both new and existing commercial, residential, and public real estate customers has been the main push beyond this milestone. “We fully anticipate to quickly meet our next milestone with our expansion within healthcare, manufacturing, and retail” said COO Scott Twyman.
Certificate of Insurance now managed by 360Facility (May 2007)
360Facility releases a comprehensive solution for management of Certificates of Insurance. The solution includes secure certificate storage, management of expiration dates, and automatic creation of notification letters. Current customers can logon and view the capabilities of this new functionality.
360Facility grows international clients and languages (Feb 2007)
360Facility continues to expand internationally. 360Facility added Chile and Guatemala to the list of countries that are being supported. International clients include: Hungary, Romania, Brazil, Mexico, England, Egypt, Czech Republic, China, Canada, Germany, France and Holland.
Chicago grant from Gov. Rod R. Blagojevich for homeland security (Nov 2006)
360Facility was awarded a grant for the development of homeland security to create a new version of its security software 360RiskManagement will create, store, maintain and distributed disaster recovery and emergency preparedness plans as well as record, track and manage emergency incidents. The module will allow for rapid assessment, universal access and centralized management, wireless communication, and centralized reporting.
